Join Leigh Ann Root (SYC), Suzy Easterling-Wood (From Three to One), and Tia Savage (From the Roots Life Coaching) for a full day of yoga sessions, journaling, goal setting, vision boarding, breathwork, sound bath with Studio 34, meditation, creativity, and connection at The Livery in Sunapee Harbor. You’ll fill your 2025 Self-Care ‘Tool Box’ with skills and a foundation for the beautiful and fulfilling year ahead. A light breakfast, day-long snacks, and lunch are included.

Customized classes and pre-designed vinyasa flows are available and Sunapee Yoga Company will come to you. SYC brings an energy that combines moving music, purposeful poses and an inspirational invitation to come as you are. Classes will leave you feeling connected, balanced and free.

Leigh Ann brings years of experience and appreciation of the human body to each class. It’s with purposeful passion and deep desire, that she shares her love of yoga and ever growing knowledge of the human condition. Leigh Ann is an everyday yogi who continuously strives to balance daily life with spiritual growth and connection to the world around her.
Philosophy
The physical practice will help to open and strengthen our magnificent machine, the brilliant human body. Yoga will add balance, focus, health and energy to our lives. It will subtract the insignificant, the energy depleting and the unhealthy. SYC’s inspires a practical practice, where you’ll meet yourself, beautifully. Yoga is timeless and the benefits are endless. Simplicity is the elimination of the unnecessary that clutters our lives. This can come in the form of thoughts, environments, commitments, people and so on. Our healthiest and happiest existence includes positive mindfulness, smart nutrition, physical movement and proper rest, as a foundation. Upon this, we add our own magic. This is the secret ingredient that can only come from us. This is our purpose, which is formed from the gifts we were given at birth, our passions, our history and hopes. This personal recipe makes us unique. It’s not the roles we play or the jobs we work. If we’re lucky they can gorgeously overlap those things and enhance the quality of our lives and all the lives we touch.
