The Sunapee Heritage Alliance Board of Directors is proud to be celebrating a decade of progress since the formation of our nonprofit 10 years ago. The Livery in Sunapee Harbor is thriving, serving our community every day in more diverse ways than we could have imagined.
Our commitment to The Livery as a historic property makes the preservation of the character and originality of the building our priority. From the new foundation, to the weathervane atop the cupola, we are consistently striving to prepare for the future while protecting the building that tells the story of Sunapee so well.
As we reflect on our accomplishments, the original Harbor House Livery Committee members are not forgotten. Without their early work in recognizing the potential of The Livery, it would not have been saved.
Our future is bright with the recent acquisition of the former Woodbine Property and our partnership with the Forward Sunapee initiatives so vital to our town’s future.
